The warrants granted as part of the refinancing last year are now capable of exercise. They can be exercised at any time up until 30 June 2014.

You can exercise them by completing the Notice of Exercise on the back of the certificate and sending the entire certificate, together with your remittance for the subscription price of 4.5p per share, to the registrars of the company, Capita Registrars, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU. Your remittance should be made payable to Capita Registrars.

You do not have to exercise your warrants in their entirety - you may exercise in respect of part only. You can indicate the number of shares that you wish to subscribe for (up to the total of the Warrant) on the Notice of Exercise.

The shares will usually be allotted after the next board meeting following your application and within 14 days thereafter you will receive a share certificate in respect of the warrants exercised. If you only exercised in respect of part of your warrants, a warrant certificate in respect of the balance remaining will be sent to you at the same time.

The full terms of the Warrants are set out in the Warrant Instrument which is available for download by clicking on the following link:  icon Warrant Instrument Document (1.09 MB)
